Who we are
Spatial Arcade is made by Iván Cabezón, an independent developer in Spain (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your licence
When you get Spatial Arcade from the App Store or the Meta Horizon Store, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on the devices that store's rules allow, for your own non-commercial use. The app stays ours: you may not resell it, copy it for others, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows you to.
The store you bought it from also has its own terms, which apply too: on Apple devices, Apple's Standard EULA; on Meta Quest, Meta's terms for the Meta Horizon Store. Where those terms and these differ on the licence itself, the store's terms win. The store is not responsible for the app or for supporting it: we are.
Games and your game files
Spatial Arcade includes one game, Target Range, our own shooting gallery. It includes no other game, and it doesn't sell, download or link to any.
The app can also play some arcade games from game files that you copy to it yourself. Only use game files that you own and are legally allowed to use. You are responsible for the files you add. Game names mentioned in the app or on this site belong to their owners, who are not connected with Spatial Arcade.
Online play
You can play online with someone who has your game's code. When you do:
- Don't harass, threaten or abuse other players, and don't share codes in order to harass someone.
- Don't cheat, tamper with the app or its network traffic, or disrupt other players' games or the service.
- Don't try to overload, attack or misuse our server or the relay.
To report a player or a problem, use the report page, with the game's code if you have it. If someone breaks these rules, we may take reasonable steps to stop it, including restricting their use of the online service.
The online service is offered as it is, for free, with no guarantee that it will always be available. We may change, limit, suspend or end it at any time, for example for maintenance, abuse or cost. The rest of the app keeps working without it.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what the app does and doesn't do with data. In short: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking.
No warranty
We work hard to make Spatial Arcade good, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be free of errors, that every game file will work, or that it will meet every need.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, which may not allow some of these exclusions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data or saves, or for anything caused by game files you add or by other players. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Spatial Arcade is a VR and mixed-reality app: play in a safe, clear space and follow your device maker's health and safety guidance.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms, for example when the app gains features; the new version will be published here with a new date. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your licence ends.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
